Return and Exchange Policies
First and foremost, we want happy, satisfied customers! In the event that you would like to exchange or return your decals, please review our policies below. Thanks!
- Wall Decal World will accept returns on most items, regardless of condition, and will issue a full refund, minus the original shipping costs, within 5 business days of receipt of return. Custom wall decals, in most cases, cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Returns and exchanges are only valid within the Continental U.S.
- Returns and exchanges can only be authorized within 90 days of original purchase date.
- All returns and exchanges must be authorized by a Wall Decal World representative.
- All return shipping must be paid for by the customer.
- You may send your decals back via any shipping method you prefer, however Wall Decal World cannot be responsible for packages that are lost in transit, and we encourage you to use a trackable and insured shipping method, such as UPS or FedEx to: Wall Decal World Attn: Returns, 104 W Main St, Second Floor, Mason, OH 45040.
- No order can be cancelled once it has shipped.
- Custom orders cannot be cancelled once they have been produced.
- All cancellations must be authorized by a Wall Decal World representative.
