Ordering A Decal

Step 1: Select Your Size

We offer sizes 1 foot through 8 ft on this page to simply upload and order.
We custom print at any size: If you have a larger project or need a bigger size than what you see on this page – please chat or contact us.

Size is the longest side of your art and then printed proportionally on the shorter side.
Ex. A 48″ rectangular logo might be 48″ wide by 24″ tall. An oval logo might be 48″ wide by 35″ tall. A perfect circle would be 48″ by 48″.

Step 2: File Upload FAQ

Preferred file types are .AI, .SVG or EPS vector files, but we also accept PDF, PSD, JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and Zip files.

Typically your designer or marketing department will have these preferred files OR if you used Canva to create this – read here:

If your file is too large to upload, you can chat us or email us.

Step 3: Anything Else We Should Know FAQ:

This is your spot to put any additional details you think we should know. If you are in between sizes or want an EXACT size smaller than the max size in my price tier. If you need specific parts removed that you don’t think is obviously clear or if you want a background to remain you can write it here. Specific brand color information can go here. You can also indicate a textured wall, a regular drywall, a window, or more for your application area here. Just type it in here and we will make sure we have it right for you.

Optional: Send a Proof

Check “Send a Proof” to see how the decal will look along with exact proportional sizing – give us 24 business hours to design the proof and send it via email.
At this point you can let us know anything that looks off or any changes you would like made prior to us moving to production. We can refund at any point prior to you giving us the green light to move forward. Please check your spam if you check for a proof and do not receive it in one business day.

If you need a proof prior to ordering/paying, please email us directly at [email protected]. We can do a proof prior to purchase. Just provide your art, size and any other info we need to know to create the proof.

Do keep in mind that we can refund you if you order and do not like the proof and we can not come to a final decision on sizing, color etc. Any point prior to approving the proof, we can issue a full refund.

Standard Production

At Wall Decal World we pride ourselves on processing your order quickly and correctly. Everyone wants to receive their new wall decals in the quickest way possible, and we have crafted our production process to allow for the fastest production possible.

Orders ship in 3-4 business days unless this is a large bulk order that may be 1-2 weeks as directly discussed with our team. Custom orders that want a proof will need to approve via email. The proof will be sent within 24 business hours of ordering. Once approved, production time will begin.

Production times can be expedited. On our custom logo page there is a $50 option for priority production. This is for 2 day production. You can pair it with overnight shipping to get your order in 3 business days. For example, order by 3 PM Monday with priority production and it will ship Wednesday. It you paired it with overnight shipping, you would have it Thursday.

Custom orders that want a proof will need to approve via email. The proof will be sent within 24 business hours of ordering. Once approved, production time will begin.

Shipping

Please keep in mind that production times do not include transit times. If free shipping options are chosen, delivery time is 3-7 business days. Faster shipping options are available once your shipping address has been entered in the checkout process.
