This page explains how long it takes to produce and ship orders from Wall Decal World, including standard production, priority options, proofs, and shipping timelines. These FAQs are designed to help you plan your order with confidence.
How long does standard production take?
Standard production time is 4–5 business days after your order is placed.
For large bulk orders, production may take 1–2 weeks. If that applies to your order, timelines are discussed directly with our team before production begins.
For example, if you order on a Monday, it should ship that Friday or the following Monday plus shipping time.
When does production officially begin?
Production begins after your order is finalized.
If your order does not require a proof, production begins shortly after the order is placed.
If your order requires a proof, production begins after proof approval.
How long does it take to receive a proof?
If you request a proof, it will be sent via email within 1 business day of placing your order.
Production does not begin until the proof is approved.
If there is a quality issue, we would alert you here. You can decide to cancel your order at any point prior to approval of the proof for a full refund.
Do you offer faster production options?
Yes. We offer Priority Production on custom decal orders.
Cost: $50 (option is available on product page before you add to cart)
Priority Production Time: 2 business days
Priority production speeds up production only and does not include shipping.
For example, if you order on a Monday before 3:00 PM ET, it will ship Wednesday plus shipping pending quick proof approval and no file quality issue.
Can I combine priority production with expedited shipping?
Yes. Priority production can be paired with expedited shipping options. This is the fastest way to get your order.

Does production time include shipping time?
No. Production time and shipping time are separate.
Production refers only to how long it takes to make your decal (set the file up for print, print the art, dry, weed, mask, package). Shipping time depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.
How long does shipping take?
Free and Ground Shipping: typically 1–5 business days.
We ship from Cincinnati, OH so the closer you are to us, the faster you will get ground or free shipping. You will see how long your shipping is at checkout.
Faster shipping options are available at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
