Before You Submit:
If your package is marked as “Delivered” but you can’t find it:
- Check all delivery points around your property (front porch, back door, garage, etc.)
- Double-check the shipping address you entered at checkout—was it shipped to your house, workplace, or someone else?
- Take a look at the tracking, was it signed for by someone or was there a photo on the tracking link for delivery?
If your order is damaged or incorrect:
- Keep the original packaging and do not discard anything yet
- Take clear photos of both the box damage and the product damage
- Upload photos with your form submission to help us resolve things faster
